Six days after getting out of prison for punching a woman in the face during a robbery attempt downtown — and kicking a Chicago cop in the groin — James Killingsworth on Tuesday allegedly punched a woman in the face on the CTA and kicked another Chicago cop in the groin. But the Illinois Department of Corrections is not revoking his parole.

STUCK ON fail!

Maybe this guy should have been charged with being in DC on January 6th last year? THEN they would lock him up.

  1. Well, in the bad old days when I was on the Oakland California P.D. A guy might be arrested for kicking you in the nuts…he might even be released six days later, but probably would be unable to kick you again…or walk.
