Good Freaking Grief. No matter what goes wrong, and no matter how blessed an existence you live, ALWAYS take an opportunity to cry RAAAAACISM! What a whiny little bitch Dwayne Wade is.

Dwyane Wade said in a recent interview that he’s convinced a big reason people are critical of the Miami Heat’s Big Three is because of racism.

As you probably recall, the Heat’s Big Three comprised Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh. They were together from 2010 to 2014 and appeared in the NBA Finals in each season they were together, winning back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013.

Wade appeared on an episode of JJ Redick and Tommy Alter’s podcast The Old Man & The Tree, and discussed the reaction to the team and their success.

The fact of skin color was never the thing people, mainly HOT TAKE SPORTS “EXPERTS”, whined about. They were angry because players were trying to end up playing with friends. And trying to put together championship teams. Why this upset anyone I cannot fathom. After all, most people, would, if they could, do the very same thing in their professions. The criticism was inane, but racist? Give me a break

Great, great player RIP

The basketball community lost an all-time legend on Sunday as Bill Russell died at age 88, his family announced on Twitter.

Russell, who won a record 11 NBA titles with the Celtics, was a trailblazer as a black superstar in the 1950s and ’60s, and became the first black head coach of any North American professional team when the Celtics hired him in 1966 as a player-coach.

In a statement announcing his death, his family called Russell “the most prolific winner in American sports history.” By any measure, that is correct.
