There is a very fact we all need to accept. An inescapable fact. The fact is that Mike Pence is about selling books right now. And his remarks about Trump, or Jan. 6 are about selling books.
Former Vice President Mike Pence, in Chicago on Monday, threw some jabs at former President Donald Trump — a potential 2024 rival — and said he should apologize for meeting with a white nationalist and antisemite.
“President Trump was wrong to give a white nationalist, an antisemite and a Holocaust denier, a seat at the table and I think he should apologize for it,” Pence told NewsNation on Monday.
The reference was to Trump’s dinner at his Mar-a-Largo estate in Florida with the rapper formerly known as Kanye West and Nick Fuentes, the west suburban Chicagoan who is building a movement around his antisemitic and white supremacist views.
Pence, at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, was asked by Ivo Daalder, the group’s president, if he would back Trump — who already declared his 2024 bid — should he become the GOP nominee. Pence said there were “better people” for the job.
Frankly, of utmost importance is NOT electing President Mumbles again, or another Democrat that will continue degrading and destroying our nation at every turn. THAT should be a bigger priority than selling books, or getting positive media attention.
I do not fault Pence for saying Trump should not have had dinner with Nick Fuentes. If I were Trump, frankly, I would have met Fuentes at the gate and told him to leave, and take Kanye with him. But Pence is selling a book, and thinking of launching a presidential run, that will fail. And to be honest, Pence jumping aboard the “Jan 6 was the worst thing ever!” train by playing along with the left and blaming Trump for Jan 6 is just as sickening, if not more.
Yes! Trump was stupid to have any contact with Fuentes. Yes, Trump can be a jerk, and uncouth, and send mean tweets. But, you know what else he can do did for four years? He put the country first! He did great things for the country! Mike Pence know that, and he should ignore the media clap trap and say so! This election in two years is about returning to policies that are pro-America, and pro-Americans, all Americans.
So, spare us your gum flapping, book hawking, and fake outrage Mr. Pence. We have had quite enough of the the left’s fake narrative, and enough of politicians who join the left in spreading it. Like I stated, we KNOW what Trump did that helped the country, and we also KNOW what Team Biden has done TO the country. All Republicans should conduct themselves accordingly. This next election is not about egos, selling books, or being hired as a political analyst, and posturing, or anything except doing what is best for the country.
We know what Trump did we know what Biden has done. If you love this country, it should be VERY EASY to pick a side!
