The scholars and theologians assembled under royal commission to produce the official English translation we know as the King James Bible were working with Hebrew and Greek original texts, and when it came time to decide what word to use for women who have sex for money, settled on the word whore. If that word was good enough for the finest scholars of 1611, it’s good enough for me, but the folks at CNN have chosen the phrase “adult film actress” to describe Stormy Daniels, as if sleazy porn videos deserve to be classified as “film,” as if it is “adult” behavior to watch such sleazy videos, and as if acting was her claim to fame. Or infamy, to be more exact. The fact that Stormy Daniels (née Stephanie Clifford) is having her “15 minutes of fame” extended we owe to Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg, who was elected two years ago on a simple platform: Prosecute Trump. (We are not supposed to say “Soros-funded” in connection with Bragg, although he was in fact funded by Soros, because it’s anti-Semitic to call attention to this.)

Bragg has made it a policy not to prosecute crimes he deems “low-level offenses,” and crime has skyrocketed out of control in New York, but what Bragg does prosecute is the very serious crime alleged against Donald Trump: Paying a whore to shut up.

Frankly, I respect Daniels more than Bragg, and certainly more than Soros, and more than 99% of the Democrats, which is not saying a whole lot. Except maybe that I respect most people more than Democrats. Most people are not actively seeking the destruction of America, Democrats, well, that seems to be all they want to do.

Since taking office in January, the former civil rights lawyer and a former federal prosecutor have overseen a 30.5% surge in major crimes in Manhattan compared to the same time in 2021, NYPD data through Oct. 30 show. Citywide, the spike is at 29.6%.

Crime is rampant in the Midtown South Precinct, whose confines are a hub for city workers, residents, and tourists and includes Times Square, Penn Station, and Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square. Murders this year are up 14% (24 from 21) from 2021, while burglaries have jumped 45% (2,476 from 1,710), grand larceny has increased a whopping 53% (9,648 from 6,295) and robbery has soared 32% (1,785 from 1,356).

Who would have thought that being soft-on-crime and vilifying police at ever turn would have negative impacts on the crime rates? (Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together, that’s who.)

And innocent people are paying the price for this Leftists apparent addiction to “social justice”

Tiffany Cross, the MSNBC weekend host known for controversial comments on race and politics in America, is exiting the cable news outlet following a series of on-air outbursts that pushed the network’s execs over the edge, sources told The Post.

While Cross’ bumpy tenure at MSNBC appears to have come to an abrupt end, insiders said it followed multiple incidents in which she repeatedly dropped inflammatory comments on the air — despite multiple warnings from execs at the network, according to a source close to the network.

The final straw may have been Cross’ appearance on Thursday’s episode of Comedy Central’s “Hell of a Week with Charlamagne,” according to a source close to the network. The show’s host, Charlemagne Tha God, asked his roundtable of guests which state the Democrats could afford to lose in the midterm elections.

“Florida literally looks like the d–k of the country, so let’s get rid of Florida,” Cross responded. “Let’s castrate Florida.”

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis’ national profile continues to grow, with the most recent growth spurt being due to his willingness to play hardball and force proponents of sanctuary cities to put their money where their mouths are on illegal immigration.

Well, when DeSantis started doing this, he wasn’t counting on MSNBC host, super sleuth, and all-around genius Mehdi Hasan getting involved. But Mehdi Hasan got involved. Oh, you’d better believe he got involved. He dug up a bombshell that should not only stop DeSantis’ re-election campaign in its tracks, but should put an end to DeSantis’ suspected political ambitions.

Brace yourselves, folks:

Luigia’s gamble proved to be a smart one. Their ship, the Patria, made it to New York, landing on February 21st. On February 5th while they were at sea, the U.S. passed the Immigration Act of 1917 which was intended to limit undesirable southern and eastern European immigrants such as Luigia and her family. Fortunately, it wasn’t implemented until May 1st. Otherwise, she and her daughters could have been denied entry due to the freshly imposed literacy requirement. They had squeezed in with a margin of ten weeks.

SO, she came here LEGALLY Someone would have to be really stupid to miss that, and would likely be truly embarrassed if they missed that. I mean, such an idiot would likely be a laughing stock. Surely, a SUPER JOURNALIST like Mehdi Hasan is wayyyyyyy too smart for that, right Mehdi? Right? Oh, Mehdi, you silly stupid hack!
