In addition to supporting ban on AR-15s & restricting magazine capacity, Rep. Jacobs also plans to introduce a bill that would restrict who can have access to body armor. He wants to name the bill after Aaron Salter, the Tops security guard who died in the Buffalo shooting. (3/3)
