What has the increase of crime been since the Consent Decree was implemented? Is Obama’s Consent Decree Killing Chicago Citizens and Police?

Obama’s DOJ waged war against police, in Chicago at least, and probably elsewhere as well.

However, anyone with even fleeting knowledge of how Obama and his attorneys general remade the Justice Department into an appendage of the anti-police movement knew Hickey’s oversight of the department would come at a cost.

But the warnings about that cost – increased crime being chief among them – came from conservatives and were ignored.
