Fanaticism is an ugly thing So is delusion. As some are famous for saying Crazy people are dangerous. And this woman is dangerous. Imagine this person with real power and authority. Imagine her with the power of the federal government behind her. She is very self-assured that her views, no matter how asinine, are completely righteous. Note how she immediately attacks Senator Hawley’s questions as dangerous. How she begins to paint the Senator words as violent, etc. She does that so as to move the discussion away from her inane views by turning the discussion so that Hawley is seen as violent, dangerous, out of touch.
