California Moves Toward Giving Therapists Unconditional Power To ‘Emancipate’ 12 Year Olds From Their Parents
California Democrats on Tuesday advanced legislation to let mental health professionals remove children from their homes and place them in state custody without parental consent.
The Senate Judiciary Committee approved Assembly Bill 665 on a party-line vote. The bill would allow poor children as young as age 12 to check into state-run youth shelters on the unconditional say-so of a therapist or counselor.
Ahead of the vote, dozens of Californians passionately testified against the bill, variously condemning it as “emancipation of 12 year olds,” “heinous,” and “dangerous.” But the bill’s authors dismissed the concerns as “misinformation” and “lies.”

Washington Post Exposes Ron DeSantis’ Nefarious Plot To Govern As A Conservative
“Gov. Ron DeSantis used secretive panel to flip state Supreme Court,” reports The Washington Post.
Wow, that sounds bad
How did the Florida governor pull off this Machiavellian coup? It’s complicated. First, DeSantis “narrowly” won the governorship in 2018 by obtaining more votes than his opponent. Smart, right? And then, rather than handing judicial nomination decisions to Democrats and their allies, the governor picked his own replacements for three Florida Supreme Court seats after justices were compelled to step down due to the state’s mandatory retirement age, a requirement passed by a referendum of the voters.
But the scheme does not end there. DeSantis also relied on a bunch of noted legal advisers to help him find competent candidates whose judicial outlooks matched his own.

Riley Gaines Humiliates the President of Human Rights Campaign
On Wednesday, Kelley Robinson, the President of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), which professes to be the largest LGBTQ civil rights organization in the country, testified before the House Judiciary Committee on the issues of states banning transgender procedures for minors as well as allowing biological men to play on women’s sports teams. She was an expert witness for the Democrats, and not a very good one, as women’s sports advocate Riley Gaines instantly demolished Robinson’s talking point claiming that biological men don’t have physical advantages over women.
Sen. John Kennedy asked Robinson, “You don’t think that a biological male has a physical advantage in sports over a biological female?”
“Not as a definitive statement,” she replied.

MSNBC Pushes Climate Communism, Carbon Taxes
Wednesday’s episode of Morning Joe demonstrated the limitless leftist agenda at MSNBC, and their extreme climate demands. Host Mika Brzezinski dedicated a segment to promoting the far left globalist organization Global Citizen’s “Power Our Planet” concert event, and touted their dangerous goals and anti-American ideology.
A graphic presented on screen put forward several of the organization’s policy goals, and chiefly notable among them was the notoriously totalitarian carbon tax. The “Trojan Horse” being used to sell this measure to the public was concerts by famous musicians such as Billie Eilish, who Brzezinski ironically seemed to be more interested in than the actual policy.
