OK, maybe that is a bit unfair to Megan Rapinoe, who is a great soccer player, if she could just get over her Eternal Bitterness Syndrome
FINA, the world governing board for swimming, will now require transgender competitors to have transitioned by the age of 12 to compete against biological females.
Rapinoe thinks decisions like this one is the result of the “right’s” messaging.
“I’m 100% supportive of trans inclusion. People do not know very much about it. We’re missing almost everything. Frankly, I think what a lot of people know is versions of the right’s talking points because they’re very loud. They’re very consistent, and they’re relentless,” Rapinoe told TIME.
They are also correct, a fact Rapinoe wants no part of because science! But to understand Rapinoe’s real issue you need to see how little she cares about girls and women in sports. Social JUstice has to break some eggs o make a Leftist Omelette so, to hell with your teen girls dreams and passion for the sport they love. Observe…
“I would also encourage everyone out there who is afraid someone’s going to have an unfair advantage over their kid to really take a step back and think what are we actually talking about here,” Rapino added. “We’re talking about people’s lives. I’m sorry, your kid’s high school volleyball team just isn’t that important. It’s not more important than any one kid’s life.
See folks all female athletes are equal, but some are “more equal” than others. So, Rapinoe thinks it OK to care more about some girls feelings than others.
“Show me the evidence that trans women are taking everyone’s scholarships, are dominating in every sport, are winning every title. I’m sorry, it’s just not happening. So we need to start from inclusion, period. And as things arise, I have confidence that we can figure it out. But we can’t start at the opposite. That is cruel. And frankly, it’s just disgusting.”
Ah, we need to start with inclusion, well great but Rapinoe apparently cannot grasp that putting a trans girl, who has a male body on a team, will exclude at least one girl. A girl who will know that despite their hard work, they were EXCLUDED because a boy, who is “becoming” a girl took her spot. Ms. Rapinoe really needs to grasp that her beloved “inclusion” excludes, and that her version of inclusion is morally detestable! Rapinoe can virtue signal all day long, but her words illustrate clearly that, like a true leftist, Rapinoe’s “inclusion” and concern for “feelings” are very selective. It is not IF someone feelings will be hurt Rapinoe cares about. No, she has decided whose feelings will and, apparently she is OK for girls to be be hurt. In short, Rapinoe is what she claims to detest. A bigot!
