By framing the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision as attacking private choice or health care, the media remarkably keep the word “baby” at bay. “Don’t say ‘baby,’ baby.” Magazines and newspapers devote pages and pages of commentary evading “baby.”
Reproduction involves two someones reproducing at least one new someone — a baby. We purport (both sides do, to be fair) to believe that each somebody is important. And yet people who read or watch what remains of the establishment media practically never hear an utterance about the baby. The new somebody is ignored in totality. The left’s viewers will hear about an alleged “religious cultural war on women’s rights,” “destruction of reproductive health,” and the like, without hearing a hint about the silent someone reproduced: the baby.

Say what you will about the left, they do propaganda very effectively. They shape the forms conversation will take as well. They omit the “baby” from the debate because that benefits their propaganda. Just listen to every pro-choicer on TV, radio, what have you. Count how many times you hear the word “baby“. Start at zero, and, unless a pro-life person is included, the “baby” will never be mentioned. The left, it seems, has cut the baby completely out. Talk about the most obscene of ironies………………….

More abortions apparently!

In her latest diatribe in favor of abortion, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is calling on the federal government to install Planned Parenthood clinics and other pro-abortion facilities in national parks
The Daily Caller reports that Warren made her comments on Monday, speaking to Washington Post reporter Caroline Kitchener. The senator said that “they could put up tents, have trained personnel, and be there to help people who need it.”

Now, you might be wondering what is wrong with Senator Warren, and, frankly something is wrong with her. She is a Marxist

Senator Tina Smith (D-Minn.), where she called for “using federal property and resources to protect people seeking abortion services locally.”

To this end, Warren and 28 other Democratic senators signed an open letter to Joe Biden on June 7th, calling on Biden to repurpose some federal lands into new abortion clinics. The letter, which was also signed by Senators Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), said that “the Department of Justice and all relevant agencies could analyze the types of reproductive health services that could be provided on federal property.”
The sentiment was echoed by far-left Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), who said at a rally on Friday that “the babiest of the babiest of the baby steps” that Biden could take now would be to “open abortion clinics on federal lands in red states right now.”

Perhaps Senator Warren could turn her home into a clinic. Maybe record the barbarism she is apparently so hot for. Sadly, the Democratic Party has chosen to go all in on the infant killing. I mean it is almost as if the only way Democrats can reach orgasm is to continually scream the word ABORTION!!! Apparently whatever soul or humanity the Democrats had has departed them.

Yes, my friends our SCOTUS is now sooooooooooooooo radical that they have ruled a man has a right to pray, in public, after football games, that is so, like RAAAAACIST! It’s insurrection! It is White Supremacy! OH our DEMOCRACY IS DEAD!

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court on Monday sided with a former high school football coach who lost his job for offering prayers at the 50-yard line after games despite objections from the school district that students felt compelled to take part.
In the latest instance of the nation’s highest court backing a religious freedom claim, a majority of the justices said that assistant coach Joseph Kennedy’s prayers were a private matter and did not amount to the school district’s endorsement of Christianity.
Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote the 6-3 majority opinion. The court’s three liberal justices dissented.
“The Constitution and the best of our traditions counsel mutual respect and tolerance, not censorship and suppression, for religious and nonreligious views alike,” Gorsuch wrote.

DAMN that DAMNED Gorsuch! Damn him to hell. How dare he allow prayer to happen in public! He must be impeached! He has killed our Democracy! First allowing New Yorkers to be able to use self-defense, then preventing the slaughter of babies, to now allowing public prayer? This is a court of abominations!

OK, sarcastic sarcasm off! This Supreme Court has given the left mental hernias recently, and, yes, I thank them for it. Frankly, ever since that “leak” was “leaked” by some Democrat no doubt, looking to fire up the Democrat’s Marxist base the left has shown how radical they are. The Court has done their job, and made common sense and constitutional rulings. No wonder the Left is so, so butt hurt! What a great day!

I had hoped, intensely, this wouldn’t actually come. But the Dobbs case has been handed down. Unvarnished. Lawless. Dishonest. Heedless of the damage that will now immediately ensue. Hideously ideological, unelected hacks have moved to inflict their politics and their religion on a non-consenting nation. Now we all reap the whirlwind.

Realistically, you cannot have a discussion or debate with these people anymore, they are so far out there. Calling them barking moonbats minimizes the crazy. The Atlantic says America is growing far apart, possibly for good. We not only do not agree on means, we do not agree on ends. These people are against deciding anything based on law and the Constitution

Democrats and their friends must understand that the battle for the American democracy is now, presently, upon us. Not tomorrow, not if the Congress is lost, not if Trump gets elected again, but now. This day. The Supreme Court fired on Fort Sumter. And if they’ll do this, it’s childish to think they won’t do more. Government by angry minority is launched. It will not be voluntarily abandoned.

And sure, there is more insanity calling, basically, for our Supreme Court to be shut down, legislation making abortion a federal right and more to save our “democracy” THIS is why we are a republic folks. This is why we have safeguards preventing lunatics from shredding our Constitution and seizing power. Apparently we must allow radical leftists to stage a coup, because they want to stop a coup or something.

Found this at Moonbattery, and was sickened, but, not surprised

The long overdue overruling of Roe v. Wade has highlighted the moral depravity of the liberal commentariat. For example, self-proclaimed Catholic Ana Navarro laments that babies who might grow up to be like her relatives will be more inconvenient to kill:
“I have a brother who’s 57 and has the mental and motor skills of a one-year-old and I know what that means financially, emotionally, physically for a family and I know not all families can do it.”
It isn’t only her brother who should have been dismembered prior to birth.
“I have a step-granddaughter who was born with Down Syndrome — and you know what? It is very difficult in Florida to get services…” she continued without shame, “and I got another step-grandson who is very autistic.”
She may even have a cousin whose congenital halitosis causes others to suffer…
The “pro-choice” position is about more than facilitating sexual profligacy. It is also about eugenics.

Really sickening, but sadly, not surprising. When you devalue human life….Listening to people like Ana Navarro makes me wonder how long until “choice” becomes so perversely defined as to apply to those deemed, undesirable. God help us

Who is crazier, Marcotte or Jennifer Rubin? Pico makes a strong case for Marcotte Some highlights, but go read it all. Start out with Marcotte claiming certain justices are somehow not legitimate because ELECTIORAL COLLEGE BAD!

It is also that, of the six justices who voted to uphold abortion bans, only one — Justice Clarence Thomas — was appointed by a president who won the majority of the vote. Both Trump and Bush obtained the White House, and the ability to nominate justices, because of the archaic electoral college system that overweighs the votes of rural whites and marginalizes the majority of Americans who support reproductive rights.

Again, this is factually untrue. While the younger George Bush received fewer popular votes than Vice President Al Gore in 2000, he not only won the popular vote in 2004, 62,040,610 to 59,028,444 for Senator John Kerry (D-M), but with a 50.7% to 48.3% margin, he won an absolute majority of all votes cast. John Roberts was appointed by the younger President Bush on July 19, 2005, which was in Mr Bush’s second term. Justice Alito was nominated on October 31, 2005, also during the President’s second term.

To compound the injustice of this, one of the Trump-nominated judges, Justice Neil Gorsuch, has no right to sit in his seat. He is only there because Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., illegally used his power as then-Senate Majority Leader to refuse to hold hearings for then-President Barack Obama’s 2020 nominee to the court, Merrick Garland.

Go read it all, as you can tell from Marcotte’s babbling incoherently about the Electoral College, she has either never taken a basic civics course, or is just as dumb as a dried up mud puddle.

Breaking News! Jennifer Rubin still crazier than squirrel on meth

Rubin is, ah well, kinda, mmmm, NUTTIER than a fruit cake

Titled “The Supreme Court eviscerates abortion rights and its own legitimacy,” Rubin mainly summarized the dissenting opinion given by the court’s liberal minority, dramatically proclaiming, “The court’s decision is so emphatic, and so contemptuous of the principle of stare decisis, that one wonders whether the unvarnished radicalism of the decision will finally rouse millions of Americans to the threat posed by a court untethered to law, precedent or reason.”

Rubin had some other inanities to rant about such as claiming, somehow, that the SCOTUS cannot disagree with previous courts rulings and then, there is this gem

Rubin notes, “The dissent also underscores the enormous damage to women’s self-determination, autonomy and equal status as persons. And it rightly attacks the garbled history in the majority opinion, noting that the Constitution was ratified before women had the vote. In essence, the court elevates male dominance to a constitutional imperative in the 21st century.”

OK then Jen, that is just pathetic and this…..

Rubin makes much ado about the dissenting opinion’s questioning of Kavanaugh’s neutrality, asking “would he say that the Court is being ‘scrupulously neutral’ if it allowed New York and California to ban all the guns they want?”

The fact is, of course the right to own firearms is in our second amendment, abortion is NOT mentioned in the Constitution anywhere. Is it me, or is Rubin arguing like a four-year-old might. I wonder if she was jumping up and down and screaming while writing this garbage? But, the Well of Krazy Kool-Aid is deep my friends, and Rubin swims there often it seems. Note this

“The hypocrisy and intellectual dishonesty of the court’s right-wing justices lead to the conclusion that they have simply appointed themselves super-legislators free to impose a view of the United States as a White, Christian and male-dominated society despite the values, beliefs and choices of a majority of 330 million modern Americans.”

Oh, and THIS, THIS is the cherry of buffoonery siting atop the Insanely creamy whip cream, on the sundae of Rubin’s mental disconnect

Reasonable people understand that this decision only pushes abortion to the states, where most laws should be decided frankly. Justice Alito said it very well

The Supreme Court on Friday overturned Roe v. Wade, effectively ending recognition of a constitutional right to abortion and giving individual states the power to allow, limit, or ban the practice altogether.
The ruling came in the court’s opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which centered on a Mississippi law that banned abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. The Republican-led state of Mississippi asked the Supreme Court to strike down a lower court ruling that stopped the 15-week abortion ban from taking place.
“We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives,” Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the court’s opinion.

Folks, understand that the left is, well, anything but reasonable Be careful out there. I have no doubt that some on the left will use this ruling to justify violence. Personally, I would avoid any large gatherings of “pro-choice” supporters. Sad that we are as a nation in such a place, but here we are!
