So, when did questioning an election become illegal?

0 0
Read Time:1 Minute, 41 Second

Someone want to remind me that such legislation exists? Someone want to show me the statute that makes it a crime to say elections can be “stolen”? I know I have heard a multitude of Americans, from both parties question some certain outcomes. So, why must we “investigate” those who raise questions or concerns? HMMMMMM.

We have previously discussed the calls of figures like Rep. Adam Schiff and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse to investigate Ginni Thomas, the wife of Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. I have expressed great concern over the calling of a spouse of a sitting justice who is among millions of Americans who believed that the 2020 election was stolen. I am not among them, but Thomas has every right to that belief and to advocate for actions in light of that belief. Yet, the Jan. 6 House Select Committee thrilled many on the left by demanding that she appear and answer for her advocacy.

Now the media is breathlessly reporting that “Ginni Thomas tells Jan. 6 panel she still believes false election fraud claims,” as if it were a public confession of a reactionary resisting reeducation. On CNN, anchor Jake Tapper declared to viewers that Thomas has not changed her mind and remains “untethered from all of the facts and evidence.”

One can seriously question whether that is news, but it is certainly satisfying as a congressional committee pulls in the spouse of a conservative justice to grill her for four hours on being a MAGA Republican who called for challenges to the 2020 election. None of the media even raised the question of whether such interviews could be viewed as harassment or pressure on a member of the Supreme Court. I understand that the Committee made this news by pursuing Thomas, but a balanced treatment would have at least raised the question of why she has been singled out over her advocacy.

And, by the way. Some of the loudest voices condemning people who “dare” to raise question have a record of raising questions……

MSNBS Digging like crazy in the Pit of Eternal Leftist Idiocy

Read Time:1 Minute, 37 Second

You cannot make it up, you can no longer parody the Left. Listen to tis asshat on MSNBS, David Jolly

MSNBC political analyst David Jolly argued on “The ReidOut” that Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., will have to change his “anti-Washington” stance to for his state to recover after Hurricane Ian.

After the Category 4 storm first hit Florida on Wednesday, over two million Florida citizens reported losing power after millions had already evacuated. In response, DeSantis confirmed his administration was working with FEMA and the Biden administration for federal assistance.

Jolly, who previously served as a Republican Florida congressman alongside DeSantis, argued that the governor’s acceptance of federal aid after the disaster will force him to turn back on his conservative leanings.

“He’s about to have to justify doing something that is antithetical to his entire ideological narrative, his entire story as a conservative Republican, as anti-Washington, that people should absorb their own risk and people should take care of their own lives. In a time of tragedy, people need help. And where Ron DeSantis is a no government conservative, he’s about to become a big government Republican,” Jolly said.

Wow. detach from reality much there Jolly? Of course, to get paid by MSNBS, you have to lie, and not just lie, but pull the most absurd statements and predictions out of your ass. Some, apparently, Jolly is good at! This knuckle dragging buffoon could not be any more incorrect, or further from reality.

This, though, is what the left does now. A Republican says they believe government should leave people alone as much as possible. Allowing them to run their own lives without excessive taxation and regulation. To the left, that somehow equates with them demanding ZERO GOVERNMENT! The absurdity is truly astounding. But, it must be pointed out that if you are attempting to defend truly radical ideologies, like Leftism, you can not use truth.

TOKYO — A popular Japanese professional wrestler and lawmaker Antonio Inoki, who faced a world boxing champion Muhammad Ali in a mixed martial arts match in 1976, has died at 79.

Inoki brought Japanese pro-wrestling to fame and pioneered mixed martial arts matches between top wrestlers and champions from other combat sports like judo, karate and boxing.

Inoki, who was battling a rare disease called amyloidosis, died earlier Saturday, according to the New Japan Pro-Wrestling Co., of which he was the founding president.

He rose to global fame in the sport in 1976 when he faced Ali in a mixed martial arts match at Tokyo’s Budokan hall, an exhibition match that Japanese fans remember as “the fight of the century.”
