Electric vehicles more expensive to fuel than gas-powered cars at end of 2022: consulting firm

For the first time in more than a year, owners of traditional gas-powered cars saved more money at the pump than those driving their electric counterparts, according to a consulting firm.

As inflated gas prices came down at the end of last years, the fuel cost for most Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles was comparatively cheaper in the final quarter of 2022 than charging an electric vehicle (EV), analysts with the Anderson Economic Group (AEG) said.

So says California Governor Gavin Newsom, who also has a beef with the First Amendment.

“Imean, the Second Amendment has become a suicide pact.” 

That was California Governor Gavin Newsom in a January 23 interview with Norah O’Donnell of CBS News. The governor was referring to the mass shooting in Monterey Park, California, that claimed the lives of Xiujuan Yu, Hongying Jian, Lilan Li, My my Nhan, Muoi Dai Ung, Diana Man Ling Tom, Wen Tau Yu, Valentino Marcos Alvero, Ming Wei Ma, Yu Lun Kao and Chia Ling Yau. The five men and six women slain at the dance studio were all between the ages of 57 and 76

With a divided state legislature in my home state of Virginia, it remains to be seen whether any legislation of note will get to Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s desk this year. Democrats hold a slim two-seat majority in the Senate, while Republicans have the same two-seat advantage in the House of Delegates, which means that both pro- and anti-2A bills are likely to be cancelled by the opposing party once they cross over.

NEW YORK RANGERS HOCKEY PLAYERS REFUSE TO WEAR “PRIDE” WARMUP JERSEY, TRIGGERING LGBTQ+ GROUP

Something is happening as corrupt sports league try desperately to go woke. Players are refusing to participate. A few weeks ago Philadelphia Flyers player Ivan Provorov triggered the left by refusing to wear the “pride” jersey in warmups. Provorov cited religious reasons for refusing to wear the warmup jersey.

But this time it was an entire team, the New York Rangers of the NHL who refused to wear the “pride” warmup jerseys. The statement released by the Rangers explains their reasoning:

“Our organization respects the LGBTQ+ community, and we are proud to bring attention to important local community organizations as part of another great Pride Night. In keeping with our organization’s core values, we support everyone’s individual right to respectfully express their beliefs.”

ABC’s The View doesn’t have a stellar record when it comes to being respectful of the Holocaust. So, of course, it wasn’t really a surprise when co-host Joy Behar abused International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Friday to suggest Republicans wanted to ban teaching educating kids about it in history classes and tried to tie it to opposition to Critical Race Theory.
