Victory Girls

Nancy Mace channels her inner Hester Prynne in her latest walk into the speaker candidate forum. She marched proudly, wearing a white t-shirt emblazoned with a big Scarlet “A”.

Apparently, this is her “Scarlet Letter” she donned for being “demonized” and “using her voice last week” to oust former House Speaker, Kevin McCarthy.

Mace has said and done some boneheaded things in the past. From talking about her sex life at a prayer breakfast to calling the rest of her party a bunch of a$$holes:

Now That Blue States and Blue Cities Have to Deal with Immigration, It’s a Problem

When the problems were far away in Texas and Arizona and New Mexico, the Blue States were happy to champion immigrants. Chicago braces for buses carrying up to 1,250 migrants daily: ‘An untenable situation’

Fifty coaches carrying migrants have arrived in Chicago over the last week and authorities are bracing for up to 25 buses with around 1,250 people aboard to start arriving daily.

The deluge has caused huge problems and prompted backlash from residents in the city, which long ago ran out of shelter space and has been allowing asylum seekers to sleep in O’Hare Airport and police stations across the city.

In a scathing letter to President Biden Monday, Illinois’ Democrat Governor, J.B. Pritzker accused the feds of failing to provide adequate aid to the city — a sentiment echoed by numerous other American mayors as the crisis unfolds.

Palestinian Resistance = Beheading Babies?

Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) is a campus organization that has been accused of fostering anti-Semitism at American universities. And how do you suppose these undergraduate miscreants have reacted to the recent Hamas attacks on Israel? By issuing this statement on their Instagram account:

“Today, we witness a historic win for the Palestinian resistance: across land, air, and sea, our people have broken down the artificial barriers of the Zionist entity, taking with it the facade of an impenetrable settler colony and reminding each of us that total return and liberation to Palestine is near. Catching the enemy completely by surprise, the Palestinian resistance has captured over a dozen settlements surrounding Gaza along with many occupation soldiers and military vehicles. This is what it means to Free Palestine: not just slogans and rallies, but armed confrontation with the oppressors.”

Students are instructed not to use the terms “war” or “conflict” but instead call the situation in Israel a “struggle for national liberation,” according to the toolkit. SJP also argues that “settlers” are not “civilians,” referencing the hundreds of Israelis massacred over the weekend by Hamas, and that all deaths are the fault of the “Zionist entity.”

Well, let’s discuss the details of this “struggle for national liberation,” shall we? Let’s talk about the “armed confrontation with the oppressors,” i.e., helpless women and children who just happened to be near the Gaza border when this “historic win for the Palestinian resistance” occurred.

Hamas Attack Is A Warning To America About The Risks Of Our Open Border

There are 32 miles of border separating Gaza from Israel. Since my first visit to that border in 1984, it’s been heavily fortified, with walls, fences, and surveillance systems backed up by soldiers and law enforcement. That system was overwhelmed in a matter of minutes in the early Sabbath hours of Oct. 7 as thousands of Hamas terrorists breached the border barrier in some two dozen places, pouring out to massacre, behead, rape, and capture hostages in an orgy of violence.

The number of civilians, including several Americans, Hamas murdered in Israel is proportionately more than 10 times that of those killed by al-Qaeda in its terror attack on the U.S. on Sept. 11, 2001

America’s border with Mexico stretches 1,954 miles, about 61 times longer than Israel’s frontier with Gaza. By comparison, the U.S. population is about 35 times that of Israel while its land mass is about 444 times that of Israel. Israel’s border barrier was swamped in a coordinated military attack, with the bodies of at least 1,500 Hamas terrorists found along the border so far.  Meanwhile, the far longer and far more porous U.S.-Mexico border sees a constant stream of illegal migrants, often numbering more than 10,000 in a day.

Jake Tapper is SHOCKED?

I’ve known about the hatred of Israel from the Left, especially on college campuses, since the late 90’s. It wasn’t till after 9/11 when it was really exposed, particularly with the explosion of the Internet, thanks to speed increases. Not only was it exposed but it grew, moving from being pro-Palestinian anti-Israel to straight up hatred of Jews, much like the Islamists in colleges. Where were they coming from? They were all linked to the Muslim Brotherhood going back to early in the 20th Century. They pushed the Israel and Jew hatred, but, with more talking and indoctrination rather than straight up violence. It’s insidious and spreads, and all those uber-white urban and suburban kids were easy pickings, especially with their liberal leanings. They’re running around with “free Palestine” merchandise and Intifada kefayas at demonstrations, being part of the “in-crowd”, Doing Something, slowly being more and more radicalized.

I could surely dig through the archives and find tons of examples. Zombie Time has tons of photos of their demonstrations. So, yeah, those of us who focused on the left, especially through the lens of anti-jihad, already knew this, Jake

CNN’s Tapper: Last Few Days Really Eye-Opening to ‘Antisemitism on the Left’

CNN anchor Jake Tapper said Tuesday on his show “The Lead” that after the Hamas terror attacks in Israel, the last few days have been a real eye-opening period “in terms of antisemitism on the left.”

Tapper said, “So you have a Democratic colleague from Michigan, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, the first Palestinian American to serve in Congress, and she released a statement. ‘I grieve the Palestinian and Israeli lives lost. The path to peace must include lifting the blockade and, ending the occupation and dismantling the apartheid system that creates the suffocating, dehumanizing conditions that could lead to resistance. As longs our country provides billions in unconditional funding to support the apartheid government, this heartbreaking cycle of violence will continue.’ What was your reaction when you heard Congresswoman Tlaib’s statement?”
