THE PEDOPHILE BEHIND PRISON ABOLITION

When Angela Davis, a domestic terrorist, wrote, “Racialized Punishment and Prison Abolition”, she began by extensively citing an ex-Marxist French philosopher. “Michel Foucault’s ‘Discipline and Punish’ is arguably the most influential text in contemporary studies of the prison system,” she argued while crediting herself with an analysis of the “racial implications” of his ideas.

There is a straight line that runs from Foucault and Davis to the “prison abolition” movement that in its mildest form encompasses police defunding and reducing penalties for offenses and diverting criminals away from prison, and to proposals like Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s BREATHE Act that would create a “roadmap for prison abolition,” with the “full decarceration of federal detention facilities within 10 years”.

DEI director fired after rejecting ‘woke’ ideology speaks out: ‘I’m not going quietly’

A former director in the Office of Equity, Social Justice and Multicultural Education at a community college in California says she was dismissed earlier this month for criticizing her department’s narrow DEI philosophy and attempting to bring in more perspectives.

Tabia Lee served De Anza College in the role of faculty director since 2021.

“I’m not going quietly,” Lee (pictured) told The College Fix in a March 16 phone interview. “I cannot do that and I won’t do that.”

“My plans truly are to continue shining a light,” she said. “I am putting on a floodlight and I am telling all, because I feel like if the public knew what was happening on their tax dollars … I feel like there will be an outrage and a demand for change.”

Professor Turley exposes the incredible weakness of the Trump indictment

Professor Jonathan Turley, one of the few brave honest liberals in academia, is far too nice a person to speak with utter contempt in his voice. But the substance of what he has to say about the indictment and pending arrest of former President Donald J. Trump exposes contemptible behavior on the part of the New State justice system. In two brief clips from an interview he did Saturday with Molly Line of Fox News, he exposes the flimsiness of the case against Trump and the illicit origin of the indictment. First, how Trump could end up convicted even though the charges are likely to get thrown out on appeal: (rush transcript via Grabien)

LINE: “I just want to get your thoughts on the motivations of prosecutors may have as we look ahead to what could be a pretty interesting week here in Manhattan.”
TURLEY: “Is the ultimate grave digger indictment. They literally dug up a claim, a theory from 2016. A theory that the Department of Justice decided did not work prosecution. And Bragg’s own predecessor, of course, did not bring this case. It is really something that is really painfully obvious as a political prosecution in my view. It is a very weak case legally. This is a misdemeanor under New York law that they hope to convert into a felony. By essentially prosecuting a federal crime the Justice Department declined to bring. In prosecution. That is going to be a hard thing to sell to some judges. But they might succeed. You cannot pick a better jurisdiction for the judges or juries in New York, obviously. This is the nightmare jury pool for Donald Trump. And he has to take this seriously. This is found to be a class c felony. I think the recommended minimum is a year in jail. There are serious risks here. There are also serious flaws in this indictment. I am not entirely sure Bragg did not run out of time. Think their strong arguments to make the statute of limitations ran on this claim.”

TV Host Lets Biden’s ‘Rambling Mess’ of Press Sec Have It for ‘Train-Wreck’ Interview: ‘It’s Just Gibberish’

It seems as if White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre could not give a decent interview or press conference if her life depended on it.

On Friday, we saw another example of that when she did an interview with Chris Hayes at MSNBC, who, one would suspect, would be rather friendly to Jean-Pierre and one would assume she would have no trouble with the interview.

However, Hayes then asked her a tough question about illegal immigration, specifically, whether the Biden administration would return to the Trump policy of detaining entire families of illegal immigrants.

SVB Went Woke, Then Broke, Then Got a Bailout
Americans can’t afford food, but leftist and Chinese companies get bailed out.

Silicon Valley Bank spent billions on green energy, millions on Black Lives Matter and other leftist causes, until it finally ran out of ‘other people’s money’.

That’s when the Biden administration decided to bail out its depositors.

At a dinner hosted by Peter Orszag, Obama’s former budget director, Wally Adeyemo, Obama’s Nigerian assistant treasury secretary and Biden’s deputy treasury secretary, chatted with Blair Effron, an influential Biden donor, serving on Biden’s Intelligence Advisory Board, who had been hired as an advisor by SVB to deal with its financial crisis. The outcome was inevitable.
